Each week you will have the opportunity to learn about one of the festival’s participating brewers, so tune in and check out all the breweries and their fine beers and ciders you’ll soon be tasting at the 23rd Annual Mammoth Festival of Beers & Bluesapalooza!
Institution Ale Company is just over the hill northwest of Los Angeles and can be seen right off the 101 freeway in its hometown of Camarillo. IAC was founded in 2013 by a father-and-sons team who still currently run and operate the brewery. Our brewery includes a 15-barrel brewhouse and canning line, 20+ beers on tap and a kitchen that bakes freshly made artisan flatbread pizzas and soft pretzels. Our beers are available in our tasting room and at select bars/restaurants throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara County. Quality and consistency are at the forefront of each batch as we strive to produce world-class, innovative takes on traditional styles. Over our past five years, we’ve been honored to be recognized for numerous awards for our beers, most recently being awarded a bronze medal in the American Style Brown Ale category at the 2018 World Beer Cup®.
