HopSaint was born after one too many late nights navigating a crowded bar just to have a great beer unceremoniously poured into a dirty pint glass. We believe fresh draft beer shouldn’t be confined to the pub. You should choose when, where, how, and with whom you enjoy a fresh, crafted beer. That simple notion led to the concept, build and 2015 opening of HopSaint Brewing Company in Torrance, California.
HopSaint is both brewery and full service restaurant with a 10bbl brewery system and 20 fresh beers on tap. Brewmaster Brian Brewer conceives a range of tasty beers based on his creativity and expertise, as well his access to the freshest ingredients available. At any given time, beer types vary from pilsners to porters, west and east coast IPAs, sours, Belgian-style, haze beers and more. Besides enjoying our beers at our own brewery, HopSaint beer is self-distributed in the South Bay and Los Angeles area.
Steve Roberts, HopSaint’s founder, and Brian’s love of great beer has resulted in award winning beers—claiming silver at the Great American Beer Festival for HopSaint’s “Pure Intention Pale Ale” and double gold medals at the Los Angeles International Beer Competition for “Kolsch Enough” and “Pure Intention Pale Ale.”
There’s just one problem, HopSaint can’t brew enough beer. Growth is on the horizon! Until then, HopSaint will continue to cultivate a community that fosters lasting relationships and enriches our hometown through the production of honest, real beer. A community built on craft beer.
